The youth clinic offers confidential, judgment-free services in a welcoming and supportive environment. The team is there to listen and help, whether you have questions about sexuality, contraception, STBBIs, substance use, nutrition, or any other topic on your mind.

Whether you're going through a breakup, dealing with challenges at home or school, or simply need someone to talk to, the clinic staff is there to support you and help with whatever you're facing right now.

Opening hours

You can get tested with an appointment during the following hours:

  • Monday : 5:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

  • Tuesday : 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • Wednesday : 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

  • Thursday : 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m

You can also get tested without an appointment on Wednesdays, from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Our screening services are completely free of charge.

Target populations

We offer screening services to people aged 14 to 25.

We also offer specialized services to the following groups:

  • MSM (men who have sex with men)

  • 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals

  • Sex workers

  • Indigenous people

  • People who use drugs by inhalation or injection (IDU)

  • People who are or have been incarcerated

  • People from countries where HIV infection is endemic

Screening tests offered

We offer screening services for the following STBBIs:

  • Syphilis

  • Hepatitis A

  • Hepatitis B

  • Hepatitis C

  • Chlamydia

  • HIV

  • Gonorrhea

What if I have symptoms?

We offer consultation services with a healthcare professional if you have symptoms.

How long will it take to get my results?

Results are available in 7 to 15 days.

How will I get my results?

Whether your test results are positive or negative, we’ll notify you through your online account or by phone.

If your results are positive

We provide medical support if your test results come back positive.

Depending on your situation and needs, we can also refer you to other healthcare professionals or resources.

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility

For people with reduced mobility, the following accessibility features are available on-site:

  • Access ramp to the entrance and for stairs

  • Wheelchair-accessible elevator

  • Obstacle-free entrance (no steps, adequate width, etc.)

  • Automatic doors

  • Parking reserved for people with reduced mobility

  • Accessible restrooms

  • Accessible waiting room (space for wheelchairs, adequate sink height, etc.)

  • Counter/reception desk/consultation table at appropriate height
