Opening hours

We offer screening services with an appointment. You can get screened Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Fees

Our screening services are completely free for people with a health insurance card.

If you don't have a health insurance card, the fees vary according to the rates established by the CRSSS Baie-James. These fees are reimbursable by private insurance plans.

We do not offer medical consultation with a healtcare professional if you have symptoms.

Results are available within 2 to 3 weeks.

How will I get my results?

We'll give you your results by phone, whether they are positive or negative.

We can also communicate your results to you according to your preferences.

If your results are positive

We provide medical support if your test results come back positive.
