Opening hours

We offer screening services with or without appointment from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Fees

Our screening services are completely free for people with a health insurance card.

If you don't have a health insurance card, the fees vary according to the rates established by the CRSSS Baie-James. These fees are reimbursable by private insurance plans.

We offer screening services for the following STBBIs:

  • Syphilis

  • Hepatitis B

  • Hepatitis C

  • HPV

  • Chlamydia

  • HIV

  • Gonorrhea

What if I have symptoms?

We do not offer consultation services with a healthcare professional if you have symptoms.

How long will it take to get my results?

The timeframe for obtaining your results is between 2 to 3 weeks.

How will I get my results?

We'll give you your results by phone, whether they are positive or negative.

We can also communicate your results to you according to your preferences.

If your results are positive

We provide medical support if your test results come back positive.
