The multidisciplinary team can address sexual health, mental health, and other needs or refer clients to various partners.

Opening hours

We offer screening services with or without appointment. You can be screened without an appointment at the following times: 

  • Tuesday, 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

  • Thursday, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

You can be screened with an appointment at the following times: 

  • Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Thurday, 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fees

Our screening services are completely free of charge.

Target populations

We offer screening services to people aged 12 to 25. We also offer specialized services to the following groups:

  • MSM (men who have sex with men)

  • 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals

  • Sex workers

  • Indigenous people

  • People who use drugs by inhalation or injection (IDU)

  • People from countries where HIV infection is endemic

Screening tests offered

We offer screening services for the following STBBIs:

  • Syphilis

  • Hepatitis B

  • Hepatitis C

  • Chlamydia

  • HIV

  • Gonorrhea

What if I have symptoms?

We do not offer consultation services with a healthcare professional if you have symptoms.

How long will it take to get my results?

The timeframe for obtaining your results is 14 days.

How will I get my results?

We will contact you by phone call, whether your results are positive or negative.

If your results are positive

We provide medical support if your test results come back positive for chlamydia or gonorrhea.
For other STBBIs, we refer you to the appropriate services.

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility

We offer the following devices for people with reduced mobility:

  • Access ramp to the entrance and for stairs

  • Obstacle-free entrance (no steps, adequate width, etc.)

  • Parking reserved for people with reduced mobility

  • Accessible restrooms

  • Accessible waiting room (space for wheelchairs, adequate sink height, etc.)
